For an upscale resort the carpeting throughout was terrible.
The carpet appears to be old, worn out, dirty. It was due to the color and the carpet pattern. In our hallway we had two dead cockroaches that remained in the hallway for several days. However, the location was the best if you are visiting without a car.

The hotel is at an intersection of 2 busy streets. Our room was a corner room on the 4th floor somewhat close to the streets. Traffic and street noise was quite noticeable day and night. Even with glass exterior doors closed shut the cars with loud mufflers zooming by would wake us up in the middle of the night. Next time we’ll ask for a location away from streets.
