Had a leaky toilet, and honestly for just sleeping it was just fine. Not the best but not the worst. A $2.99 espresso martini can always fix small issues.

Very overpriced for what you get. They have the audacity to charge $30 per night resort fee payable upon arrival. Some people at the front desk were friendly; some were surly. The guy who took my luggage was very nice.
The communal shower had scalding temperatures and was hard to turn down to a normal temp so I definitely wouldn't let kids use some. I suspect the temp is illegal.
Bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. Need hooks in room to dry towels. My room was quiet but TV in very weird location. The shower signal system was inaccurate.
Would stay here again if it were a lot cheaper but would rather pay a little more for a normal hotel room.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful and they let me store my luggage until check in time so that I wasn’t carrying it all around the city with me. It’s right within walking distance of Times Square and broadway, so that was a plus! I would definitely stay here again!
