This hotel was amazing. Staff was helpful and helped us find another room because of of the fridge door that was broken or loose in the original room we were booked for. The Strat Cafe has good food varieties for a decent price.

Sorry but I won’t stay again nor recommend it, casino to crowded and cigarette and weed smelling, parking lot to complicated to hotel access.

Checkin was a headache. I was told I couldn't wait for with my girlfriend but all saw many other couples in line. The elevators were not working on a holiday weekend. The lines were long and wait times for the elevator was 20 minutes at times. Some days room service would clean the rooms and other days not. Too many kids running through the hallways and yelling. The rooms were not quiet, you can hear everything making sleep impossible. The room AC was junk! We had it at 60 degrees but it felt like in the lower 80's! Parking rates varied. I was told one price from the service desk, another price through the parking app, and was charged a different price. Other than the front desk, the staff looked like they hated their lives and looked unapproachable. The pool was ok but kids were everywhere. The food at the pool was great but the service was just ok even though we reserved a day bed with shade. But, the shade only covered half the bed. The food is too expensive luckily there are great deals through Uber eats. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!!!!

Don't get there with minimal time to spare before an event. We got there with an hour to get ready and used the online check in and quick kiosks to get keys TWICE, but the keys didn't work. Had to stand in line for forever and finally hopped over to the VIP line to finally get help quicker and keys with only 10 minutes to spare before our concert started. If we had continued to wait in the line, it would have been another 1-1.5 hours! Only 2 people working the front desk for over 50 people in line on a weekend evening, outrageous!

We were pretty low maintenance guests, but our check-in was smooth, everybody we asked a question of was helpful and our room was well worth the price. The hotel was near to the activity we were in town for. The quality of the on site eateries was great. We would stay here again.

Buyer beware. Rented a room that said mountain view, but all we got was a view of another building. Won't stay there again.
