"We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling."

"For a last minute overnight booking it was quite an experience. Despite letting staff know I had mobility issues a room was allocated on the other side of the complex. After paying for an upgrade in order to get closer to the entrance the upgrade was worse in every way than the room I was given. ..."
