"I loved everything about this hidden gem of a resort. The staff made our stay there so comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Tet Rouge. We will definitely be visiting again, we love this resort, truly. "
"Home away from home. Very relaxing and quiet. Shawn is extremely hospitable and his team made our stay very comfortable. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs as well, in the facility which was as pictured. Another highlight was the spa services offered - 10 out of 10! Definitely a great place to unwind and escape the city. Zabriko was a great restaurant recommendation for dinner, a mere 10 mins away thanks to a courtesy ride service by the villa! Thanks for a great mini break. We will...
"The property was very clean, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The views were also beautiful, and there were many nearby restaurants/shops. Overall, the stay was peaceful and pretty."
"I was impressed with the neatness and cleanliness of the accommodations. It was exactly as represented. It was a one night stay that exceeded my expectations for overnight accommodations. "
"good experience, shower needs to be refurbished, if you are looking for adventure far from tourist location, this is the right place ... so close by water taxi (20usd return) to sugar beach, which is the best beach on the island between majestic Pitons (must go) !"
"We stayed 4 nights at La Haut and it was simply wonderful. So private and quiet, the plantation style buildings and main house are beautiful, but the grounds and views are exquisite. All staff were helpful and friendly. The infinity pool was lovely, with panoramic vistas that are just breathtaking! The restaurant on the property was also very good. Delicious food, good service, and also incredible views. Comfortable 4 post bed, all conveniences in room, plus an amazing deck overlooking the...

Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Exceptional Service at Sugar Beach Viceroy.
From the moment we arrived at Sugar Beach Viceroy, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable stay.
Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, but two individuals in particular deserve special recognition :)
Darelyne, the manager, was an absolute delight. Her sweet, warm, and genuinely pleasant demeanor made every interaction feel personal and heartfelt. Her care and attention made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who radiates such kindness while maintaining impeccable professionalism — she is a true gem.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James, who surprised us with an incredible upgrade at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture elevated our experience and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Sugar Beach in an even more special way. His friendly approach and commitment to guest satisfaction are a perfect example of what makes this resort so exceptional.
Between the breathtaking scenery, luxurious accommodations and villas, and staff who treat you like family, Sugar Beach Viceroy delivers an experience that is nothing short of world-class. Thank you to Darelyne, Mr. James, and the entire team for making our stay absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to return!
Lots of love!"

"Hands down, the best view in the entire country! Everything about the house is amazing and I would absolutely stay there again. Greg cleans the pool each morning and he was very kind and helpful in getting us what we needed. In terms of in-country staff and support, Greg was the highlight! We did have two issues during out stay.1.The directions we were given to the property did not reflect recent changes to landmarks and the closure of a primary road leading to the property. Google maps did not offer an alternate route to the property. We called the in-country contacts provided however none answered our call. This was quite stressful as night was approaching, and we were at a loss for what to do. Luckily a kind local woman was able to get in touch with one of the contacts and once he was engaged, he responded promptly. The property owner was also relatively quick to respond and help. 2.During our 6-night stay, housekeeping was only provided once therefore we had to actively pursue getting things like trash bags, paper towels, clean towels, etc. I would offer three key recommendations for your stay.1.Rent a car. This is a must have considering how far out the property is from town and activities.2.Only buy groceries at a Massy Grocery store.3.Bring power strips (with the correct adapters) if you have lots of devices needing chargeOverall, we were very pleased with the experience and while there was a couple hiccups, the positives far outweighed the drawbacks!"

"Secluded property on the small plantation. More than a hundred yes old, but Very well maintained. People who manage and work on the farm are amazing, very polite, knowledgable about the property and the surrounding nature. There is no AC, but none is needed since it’s actually gets pretty cold, at night, due to the altitude, and we are in the dry season now. Breakfast ($25pp) or/and dinner($45pp) can be requested and is very fulfilling. You can pick grapefruits, oranges, lemons straight from the trees around the house. "
