Rooms were clean and roomy, staff fantastic and a great swim up bar

Wait until the beach access is restored to this property. We were there in March 2026. I would say the beach won’t be accessible until at least mid 2027. No beach access which was very disappointing considering how far we travelled to spend it on the beach. Everything else as lovely. If there weren’t so many other places to see in the world, I would go back to experience the ocean.

Kuta Sea View was exceptional. Bali is known for incredible hospitality, but this resort took it to another level. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with beautiful smiles, and the service only got better throughout my stay. My villa was immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and the bed was blissfully comfortable. The balcony with a daybed, surrounded by lush gardens, was a perfect place to sit in the shade and read a book. What impressed me most was the staff. Many of them, especially management, greeted me by name each time they saw me, which really stood out as this is not a tiny resort. Every staff member I encountered — housekeeping, bar staff, restaurant staff and administration — was friendly, welcoming and always smiling. The location is excellent, with the beach just across the road. Turn left and you can walk to traditional Bali shops and restaurants; turn right and you are close to Beachwalk Shopping Centre and plenty of dining options. The buffet breakfast had a huge range and the food was delicious. I also ate at the restaurant, which had a great variety of food and was reasonably priced. The pool area was spacious, with plenty of shade and very comfortable lounges. I honestly could not fault this resort and will certainly be booking again.

Breakfast was good but 2x traveling people's with me had a Nut and sea food allergies almost everything on the breakfast menu contained nuts not good would be so easy to remove nuts from breakfast given it cost $20 per person and they had to eat somewhere else after woulds instead of enjoying breakfast with the rest of us

TV didn’t work properly, furniture was really old. Staff are very friendly., breakfast was surprisingly good. Overall the hotel is very dated and needs a revamp by the breakfast was surprisingly good and I enjoyed the gym.

Wow. I didn’t want to come back home!!! Service outstanding!!! The staff was so so nice, literally everyone. Rupa was soooo helpful. I traveled as a woman solo and felt completely safe. I highly recommend and I will be back! Room very clean, staff outstanding, pool AMAZING, service impeccable!
