The phone to contact concierge doesn't work no matter how many times you try they told me Apple TV doesn't connect. They just didn't want me to change the HDMI and they have no room service other than in the mornings.

The property was great. Room Was Clean for the most part. Staff are awesome even though we know they aren’t paid enough for what they do. Check in was ok. Not sure what the hold up was but I don’t blame the staff. I’m sure it was some paperwork bs she had no control over. Still one of the better places to stay for now but…like the MGM was back in the day, things can change. For the price they need to try to keep things in line with what people want. I don’t think grout is sanitary nor sexy. And we know keeping a jacuzzi tub sanitary is a lot. I doubt cleaning staff are given enough time to do what needs to be done. So just put in a soaker.

I liked the big rooms, lot of storage, access to MGM main pool, lazy river, Starbucks on site, beds were comfortable, monorail.

Quite clean and need of upkeep.
"It is quite and off the the strip which is what we wanted. There were upkeep issues with it like the elevator was an adventure, the soda and refreshment machine was out of everything the two days we were there and the toilet had problems.
