Everything was excellent - staff, accommodation, and the view was amazing.

All great.

Sometimes you just want to splurge a little on accommodation, so I went with a bit more upscale with Pullman Cairns International and selected a room with balcony and view of the bay. Room was clean and spacious, with a bathroom that had a bathtub and shower. A nice firm bed and plenty of flat surfaces to put your things. And with refrigerator too. Thank you to Larissa at the front desk for assigning me a great room that is quiet and comfortable that I didn't feel like going out (almost). Breakfast is buffet style and was $35AUD if you book it the day before, but it had many options. And well worth it if you want the convenience. Location is close to the pier (for Great Barrier Reef cruises, etc.), and within walking distance (10-20 minutes) to the night market, farmer's market and train station. Not to mention restaurants and stores nearby. Definitely worth a look for luxury and convenience.

Great comfortable resort, lots of pools and banana lounges, undercover bar, seating area with tv to retreat from the sun or rain. Happy hour at 3-5pm with music so great vibe. Rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet is of excellent quality. I love the spinach and mushrooms. Lots of variety and great professional Nespresso coffee machine. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. You are right on the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Perfect for couples or families.

The room was on level 12 with a breathtaking view of the harbor. Very clean bedroom and the toilet. Big beds, clean sheets, kettle, tea and coffee. You can borrow for free special towels for the pool as well. Breakfast was quite rich with a variety of dishes, fruits, bakery , coffee, tea and juices. The hotel participates in an eco friendly and sustainable project- if u don’t want your room to be serviced, u will get $10 voucher for each day stay which can used in a bar or a restaurant. Great. We enjoyed the ice cream.

Great location and apartment complex was really nice. Apartment 33 was great, could just use a few updates within the apartment. There wasn’t enough cutlery and what there was, wasn’t great. Could also use some updated cooking utensils and the dishwasher didn’t really clean the dishes. Overall the apartment was great and comfortable, easy fixes.
