"Our late check in was seamless. The facilities were excellent. We stayed in a budget room that was on the tiny side but had everything we needed. Only issue was a light bulb in the lamp on the bedside table that was dodgy and it tripped the power point switch so we weren’t able to charge our phones or make a cup of tea or watch tv. As it was late at night my son and I discussed if our lack of power was urgent or not because there was a sign to say a $50 fee applies to non urgent after hour calls. We decided to wait until morning and go to reception. The maintenance guy doesn’t start work until 9am anyway. The lovely lady on reception made me a nice cup of tea whilst I waited and charged my phone in reception. Aside from that the place is lovely. There is a lack of parking though and we parked on the road for the duration of our stay. The day spa area and the beach pool areas are lovely and we met some nice people sitting around the pool. Palm Cove is a lovely spot and would highly recommend this resort. Just a short stroll to the beach and all the action. "

"Great little motel - excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Room was very comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Awesome huge tv in room. Very comfortable bed. Great pool and bbq area. Overall really good Would definitely stay here again "

"Loved the position of the hotel and the pool areas. Our room had a lovely outlook and was spacious but was a tad dated. Overall a great experience though and would definitely return. "

"Great pool area n surrounds Quietness, super king bed was so comfortable . Closeness to beach as on esplanade. Easy walk to fabulous restaurants n cafes . Just needs a TV in bedroom ."
