Room needs deeper cleaning; TV remote wasn't working; small fridge was soo loud at night that we had to fully unplug it to get some piece and quiet.

Staff is super welcoming and friendly! The best service I’ve ever experienced in Miami, they let both of my dogs stay for free, gave us a round of shots for free at the restaurant in front of the hotel, after a night out i accidentally slept a little longer after check out time and they were super nice about it and understood. Honestly the best hotel with the best staff! I’ve stayed at the setai and other hotels in other areas like brickell and nothing like the vibes in this hotel!! Thanks guys
