The property itself was okay. It was clean. No tea towels or cloths provided for washing up. The main issue that makes me give this a lower rating was the mix up in booking the property via word. The main reason I booked Strahan bungalow was because it suited a group of five people. Apparently I hadn’t made it clear there were 5 of us when I booked and the price I was quoted did not include all 5 of us. So I was charged an additional $90 on the day for 3 beds. This was not communicated to me, I saw it on my credit card. Clear communication would have been appreciated. Usually booking a property for 5 means you can have 5 people stay! So take care when booking to make it clear how many people are staying as it might be cheaper to stay elsewhere!

Fantastic location with balcony overlooking all Strahan experiences. The boat ride on the harbour is awesome and so close to the accommodation. Wonderful food also at the waterfront. Balcony could have done with some sweeping being right under the gum trees but not a big drama.
