"Our cabin was spotless, comfortable, and spacious, and the wood fireplace efficiently heated the room. The bathroom is also generously proportioned with a corner spa bath. The wet area at the entry is a sensible addition. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff at every opportunity, and we even indulged in a hot rock massage at the Waldheim Spa, which was a very luxurious experience."

"We stayed in one of the new looking units for two nights. Outside was cold, windy and raining. In the unit it was toasty warm with a great gas fireplace. Easy parking. Unit ED9 was a great place to stay. A couple of things to know: There is no WiFi in the unit but the cell signal was strong. The water in the faucets is not drinkable without first boiling. I wish I knew that before arriving as I would have bought more drinking water. There is not much in the way of groceries around so bring food. The restaurant next door is good but make reservations in advance."

"What a unique stay location 30 minutes away from Cradle Mountain and 15 minutes away from Sheffield. Our hosts were wonderful, the eco hut was cosily furnished and the continental breakfast was lovely and with meals available for dinner plus an honesty bar there was nothing to want for....great mountain views a friendly echidna and paddymelons hopping around not to mention the stars at night Wilder was a fantasic experience and we would highly recommend as a great place to stay."
