Riviera Maya All inclusive Holidays

We found a stay overall relaxing and enjoyable, but there are a few things that make the resort lacking. The pool does have an incredible view but there is only one pool with limited loungers and daybeds - we were always able to secure one. There was public and private beach access, but no loungers or staffing. If you need to use a daybed or lounger down to the beach, the staff would have to bring it out to you. Access to the public beaches are through a side alleyway that goes down into a tented massage area with rocks and seaweed and overall it’s not a good experience to get down to the beach. Not very easily accessible, if you are handicapped or impaired in someway. The food is a set menu which you would expect to be a higher quality, but we found the food to be at most times bland and simple. The menus are repetitive with not much variety for the breakfast menus in particular. They often did not have items in the menu or even drinks that were advertised. That being said, it was nice to not have the hustle of a buffet. We found the room spacious and inviting spacious housekeeping did an excellent job to keep it clean we did have an issue where the room got too humid due to the AC not working after messaging concierge. This was resolved the next day. This resort lacks amenities, such as a gym or other places to hang out. We did find the pool table and darts fund but the areas are not very big or inviting - think hallway. Overall, we had a good and relaxing time.

It was a great resort. I did find it frustrating finding a chair by the pool everyday. We weren't able to use the ocean at all. Otherwise, we really enjoyed your resort.

The room was clean and very comfortable. We would like to mention the amazing staff starting with Tristan our concierge. He helped us with any questions or issues we may of had. At the pool we want to thank Chez, Francisco,Edwin and Sebastian. We have forgotten a couple names but all the pool staff were great. Our service at the restaurant was first rate. All the servers were professional, fun and made the dining experiences enjoyable. Thank you for a marvellous experience, our family truly enjoyed and appreciated such a special vacation at Grand Residences! Exceeded all our expectations. The Lyons family will be back and we’re strongly recommending your resort to all of our friends and family. Thank you!

It was a great experience for My family. A resort that's makes total sense with younger kids. The week picked was great because it wasn't that full. We had lots of fun, shout out to the Kids Club and the staff, also to Cipriano a great security guard going above and beyond to help. A small note, the beach is smaller than in the hotel area, that being said, it depends if your aim is less beach and more ocean/pool. The variety of food and quality is also great.

A perfect sized resort… never had to fight for reservations or for chairs (that being said, we were privilege so it made it a bit easier). Privilege is definitely worth it here — (basically) your own beach, first come to reservations… the rooms are the farthest away from the beach and the AC in rooms are very outdated and not very powerful… but overall this resort is a fantastic price for the experience you get. This resort is very clean. The staff were great and for an all inclusive the food and drinks were very good. You must go visit Franklin at the margarita bar. He makes the best margaritas! The only thing that makes not not give 5 stars for this resort is the beach. It is small and rocky but it would not stop me from going back. We had a wonderful time.

The shows were great that they had each night, water slides were fun for the kids. Judy & Samantha were amazing to deal with and book the on resort restaurants, book excursions and helpful with any inquiries. The beach was beautiful, there were chairs and beds, easy to watch the kids and relax.
