Riviera Maya All inclusive Holidays

From the beginning of our stay, we experienced housekeeping issues. Our room was not cleaned for the first two days, and our minibar was not restocked daily as advertised. I had to make numerous phone calls and make repeated trips to the customer service desk before these issues were only partially addressed. On the second-to-last day of our stay, hotel staff began painting in an area near our room. The paint fumes were extremely strong, forcing us to leave our balcony door open in an attempt to air out the room. Unfortunately, the situation became much worse on our final evening. When all four of us returned to our room, the paint fumes were so overwhelming that we could not remain inside. I immediately called the front desk and was told someone would come to our room right away. After waiting approximately 45 minutes with no response, my husband and I had to walk to the front desk ourselves. We spent nearly two hours trying to resolve a problem that should never have occurred. Eventually, the hotel agreed to move us to another room. However, despite the issue being entirely the hotel's responsibility, we were required to pack all of our belongings and move everything ourselves late in the evening. This consumed the final night of our vacation and caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
