I spent a couple of days in the resort, and it was such a great experience. The staff were really nice and attentive to our needs. Sucre and Ricardo helped us with our breakfast service, and they were so friendly and attentive to us, helping us and treated us great. Had a couples dinner and the food and service were amazing, only downside was that there were a lof of mosquitoes but the staff went to look for bug spray for us to use as soon as we got there. So overall i would get that service again. I really liked how the pool went through the resort. We would leave our room and go straight to the pool.

Florainy was absolutely amazing, and her service was truly incredible throughout our entire stay. I also want to give special recognition to the wonderful older gentleman who works at the front entrance of the resort. Every time we arrived, he greeted us with such warmth and genuine enthusiasm that it immediately set a positive tone for the day. His friendly demeanor and welcoming presence made us feel valued as guests from the very first moment we entered the property. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to catch his name, but his contribution to our experience was invaluable. He represents the kind of hospitality that makes guests want to return again and again. The staff working at the buffet also deserve tremendous praise for their outstanding service. They were attentive, helpful, and always ready with a smile, no matter how busy they were. They kept the dining area immaculate, ensured that all the food stations were well-stocked and fresh, and went out of their way to accommodate any special requests or dietary needs. Their efficiency and kindness made every meal a pleasant experience, and they contributed significantly to the overall quality of our stay.
