Beautiful, spacious room. Great customer service. Loved the location.

We had a very comfortable stay. The place felt just like home. It was clean, well-lit, and the smart TV made it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and communicated well. Although the elevator was temporarily out of service at the time we stayed, the staff were very proactive and made sure we had the help we needed, which we appreciated. It would be helpful to have more hooks in the washroom for hanging clothes or towels and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we’re thankful for the warm hospitality!

Staff make the hotel top notch. We love having a kitchenette, laundry and spacious units. This is our second stay, and we’re booked for another one. Easily a great stay, location is convenient and close to shops and great dining.

Second time staying here and it was great as usual. Very easy to get around once you know the area. The Richmond night market is literally steps away and there are plenty of dining options around, including on site. The parking could be better as I prefer to self park and it can be quite costly if you don't use the app which isn't a great either but it's not run by the hotel so can't blame them. Overall, I would highly recommend the Versante if you're looking for a place in Richmond.
