Hamilton Island All inclusive Holidays

I loved my stay…it is a tropical paradise, I will miss waking up first thing sitting on my little balcony with my first coffee for the day and enjoying all the beautiful birdsong. watching gorgeous butterflies fluttering everywhere. Walking the trails. Dips in the sea and lazing around the pool. Cocktails on the beach watching the sun go down Peace and quiet was what I was looking for and I definitely found it here . I would love to stay another time in the future. Thank you Palm Bay for a great stay… Joy

The boathouses were clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. We only stayed one night. The swing seats on the deck next to the pool was a nice feature. The continental breakfast was really good. Small selection but well thought. The place is a bit tucked in with Northerlies just next door for food and drinks (pub style food). Things to be mindful of when booking *midgies in the evenings *Parking is open air and a little away from the accomodation (not right outside your door) *not flat - lots of steps

This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out. The food was terrific and the accommodation very good with great views. The resort is highly recommended!

Our stay was just ok. The trash was still full and in the kitchen from the previous guest, there were dead roaches, there were dirty popsicle sticks by the pool. The coffee machine didn’t work either. A staff member did drop a different one by after I let them know. We also had the doorbell ring at 2am and wake everyone in the house… apparently this is common when the batteries run low? Seems like they should be routinely changed to prevent that from occurring. None of these issues are big, but combined are quite a few blunders considering we paid top dollar to stay here.

Had a fantastic trip here. Facilities were excellent, however the hotel was looking a little dirty and tired. Considering the price per night, and the extremely high prices for all the food and beverages, I would have thought this would have been a bit more up to scratch. Most of the staff were very friendly.

qualia is one of the most beautiful properties we have visited. The setting, architecture, views, and atmosphere truly feel special and uniquely Australian. Our arrival experience was excellent. Noemi provided a warm airport pickup, smooth check-in, and a thoughtful overview of the property and room. The accommodations themselves were stunning. We also had an incredible “Best of Both Worlds” tour with Pedro, who was engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about the island. It was one of the highlights of the trip. The main challenge during the first 24 hours was inconsistency in service attentiveness. At times, particularly at the pool and during our first dinner at Long Pavilion, service felt less proactive than expected for a property at this level. Drink refills, reservation follow-up, and simple check-ins occasionally required prompting rather than feeling naturally anticipated. What truly elevated the experience was the response from leadership. Rebecca, the General Manager, was exceptional: thoughtful, responsive, attentive, and genuinely interested in feedback. Her professionalism and accountability significantly improved the remainder of our stay. Beach Club dinner was another standout, with warm staff, relaxed pacing, and beautifully prepared food and cocktails. Overall, qualia delivers an extraordinary setting and many memorable moments. What an amazing place to stay, everything it promises to be and more. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle and unwind. Fantastic communication and great host overall.
