Whitsundays Kid friendly Holidays

We had the best time at the resort. Our kids absolutely loved the water park and wished we could stay at the resort for two more weeks. It was very handy to have a little cafe at the resort which provided our morning coffees and lunches by the pool. The cabin was super clean and well stocked with all the essential kitchenware. We can't wait to come back again!

Good and quiet location just out of the main town. The apartments are huge and well equipped with everything you need. The room decor and furnishings are dated but are in good condition so this was not an issue. The balcony is huge with great sea views. The main issue with this property is the cleanliness or lack of. When we arrived the room was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed, the bins still had rubbish in and the toilet has skid marks on the pan. The best sheet was clean but had a big stain on it. I have never received such a filthy room in years of travel. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. If the cleaning issues are resolved this would be a great property.

This is still a great destination. Rooms are clean and spacious and grounds well maintained. The breakfasts were the big let down. Hot foods, eggs, bacon, etc were cold from the servery and coffee often only luke warm. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Fabulous 4 night trip to Hayman. Just the most beautiful scenery and grounds and a very friendly staff. We enjoyed the excursions snorkeling and seeing Whitehaven Beach. We initially had a lagoon room which we didn’t love so we upgraded to a second floor room overlooking the pool. They were very accommodating. Used the gym and ate at all the restaurants. We also enjoyed the great acoustic guitar player each night.
