Stayed for only 1 night but will be back! Super friendly staff, Valet crew was very professional and the hotel( while showing its age) was outstanding

First timer at this hotel. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Let me have very early check in as I was there for a WNBA game and had a morning flight. Dining options were good and I went to an amazing Irish pub for happy hour that was cheap and food on point. I didn’t use the pools or lazy river as it was 97 out but will the next time I stay there.

We requested room cleaning for every day thy we stayed. We only had our room cleaned 3 times. I even called and notified staff but we still didn’t have the room cleaned the last 3 days we were there. This service Helps make the stay feel more like vacation and this trip just didn’t. We didn’t have a made bed, had used towels, and still didn’t have service after we called.

Clean rooms, great customer service, easy check in. Easy to get to the other Cesar casinos & hotels.

Changed room four times My room was facing another unit so i could not pull up the curtain due to privacy Informed the front desk but they just changed my room with the same issue I had mentioned Unbelievable

They closed the pools at 4:00 for a private party. Everyone had to pack up and leave..yet they still charge you the full resort fee...not good
