Bathtub was dirty with hair (not cleaned).

rooms were clean breakfast buffet was excellent staff were polite and very helpful will stay again

This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc.

Absolutely loved this place. Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was spacious and stunning. Breakfast was absolute class. Hotel was also in a great location. Will definitely be back

Had the most amazing stay here. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to be told we'd been upgraded, courtesy of the hotel, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and we were welcomed with complimentary Prosecco and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. The amenities were great, and everything made for a really enjoyable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!
