The property itself is nice but the rooms are not; the junior suite I stayed in was dingy with no view which made it feel dark, dreary and dilapidated.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a very very nice hotel and I can’t imagine even those used to the absolute best, being disappointed in their stay.
I suppose one could argue the main dining room is very very slightly off with its interior design, but every single other aspect of this hotel is fantastic.

We fell in love with London - but it might have been 45 Park Lane that is what we truly fell in love with, and London was just a bonus.

"My biggest issue with this hotel is the lack of air conditioning. I don't understand how an 11 story building doesn't have air conditioning. There are windows but being so close to the Paddington station there are trains going in and out all night and there was construction in the area 24/7. And ..."
