Overall, a bit of a shoddy experience. The pictures don't match the room type - ordered a premium room and got matched with a standard but the reception staff - one gentleman in particular was very accommodating. He did compensate for the issues that we faced however we saw two rooms and both were not very clean. The location is, of course, great but I wouldn't stay here again. Thank you.

Great location near the park. Rooms are borderline in need of renovation but they are doing their best with the current state and age of the hotel. Clean overall. Convenient restaurant and nice staff.

"Charles was extremely helpful with our check-in! He gave us much needed information on the area as well as tips for traveling to the airport by train.
