It was clean and tidy , but the bed was way too soft and uncomfortable plus we also didn’t get our breakfast delivered like we were told

When there was uncertainty of our room for our second night, (l had booked the two nights separately) the office staff were caring, efficient and reassuring

The room smelt like cigarette smoke, the hand basin wasn’t wiped clean and there was pie pastry on the floor behind the bathroom door. The continental blanket on the single bed had awful marks on it as well. When I checked in they asked me to pay for a room I had pre-paid online.
