Very nice aparthotel. The staff is nice and spoke English. We stayed in a studio with twin beds and the amenities suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen, washing machine and gym were perfect for our needs. There is shopping and Starbucks nearby. My only suggestion is the lobby can use some updating. Overall, very good place to stay if traveling with family.

The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was phenomenal, the gym was well anppointed, and the service is the best I’ve experienced. The hotel is only a 7-10 min walk from Wangfujing street…with great shopping. I will definitely stay there again!

Our check in was excellent and smooth with the help of Ms. Helen, offering a discounted breakfast for the three of us. She also added my daughter in WeChat in case we need anything, and was kind enough to check every now and then even after we checked out.
Our booking was for five nights, since the first night we noticed that the master bedroom was hot no matter how we try to adjust the temperature.
The next morning we went to the reception and they told us we can’t change your room but will try to fix it. It was not fixed but they brought a portable Ac unit, the next night we asked for another one.
One night before our departure we saw Ms. Helen and she offered to change our room but we told her we are checking out the next morning so there is no time for the late change.
She was kind enough to give the girls small gifts, ice cream, and escort us to our cars.
