This was our 4th stay here and we were a little reticent as had heard the adult restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment. However we were pleased to find the alternative in place was adult breakfast at the Asian wok which was amazing. We booked the a la carte restaurants for every evening and had a great experience. The staff are amazing as usual the building work is as discreet as it could be. Overall a great stay again

Everything was amazing. The only bug bear is the ventilation in the bathroom. Fan didn’t really function well and when 4 need to shower consecutively it made for a misty and moist environment.

Shangri-la was great. But for what you pay, you would expect a slightly better gym and cleaner beach section (especially with the amount of times kids poo in the pool and shut it down for the day). Kids club was great. Buffet breakfast is too!

Smooth check in process. Outdoor pools were amazing. Great location, walking distance to the local shops and mall. However, rooms were very smelly, had to call housekeeping as toilets were not working. Breakfast was below average.
