Very comfortable beds and our room was lovely, we chose half board - the restaurants were good but the limited menu means it gets repetitive and boring. Lunch and dinner were far more enjoyable - least enjoyed Manava - the breakfast and offering overall leaves alot to be desired. I personally do not rate the breakfast offering as five star - it looks and tastes like it’s made en masse. Breakfast was the real draw back of our experience. We did not receive any additional benefits as Expedia VIPs. The staff and service was excellent across the board.

I booked through Expedia and have sent 2 message before I arrive and 1 message after I left as I have lost something in the room , but no reply at all , I don’t know it is the hotel or Expedia , who’s fault . Both need an improve ! Regards

This hotel gets a 10 out of 10. You don’t even need to leave the hotel. They literally have everything you need from 7 restaurants to late night entertainment. They even have a roof top lounge, as well as helped me plan my tours. This is the spot for sure. 10 out of 10 again. Super super friendly staff.
