Love the hotel, love the staff, especially Phượng & Nhi who work at the front desk. Another good thing with this hotel is the massage service. All of the masseuses are nice and skillful, especially Tâm & Trinh. The only complaint i have is lack of iron & iron board. I was told there's only one set for 96 rooms!!!!!

The proprty was lovely, and allowed us to walk easily into old town and the market. The team at the upstairs bar made us fun drinks when we came bac, and we had some little nibbles to go with them.

Clean room. Was given an upgrade which was lovely but did report twice that the spa bath leaked all over the bathroom and the plug wouldn’t work. But they never bothered to fix it. Even though it was reported twice. Was upset as even though we had an upgrade my old room had a spa bath which is why we booked it :(

An amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the breakfast is delightful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in a very secure and peaceful area, making for a relaxing stay. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are lovely. The price is well below what we expected to pay for a hotel of that caliber. The staff is attentive. We received exceptional service. She arranged our excursions and made sure to follow up afterward. If not for the physical distance, I would book on a frequent basis.
