"The room we originally was given was terrible. The bed sheets were stained yellow and brown, the dressers had random dirt particles in it. The entire shower curtain was molded. Toilet and sink were not cleaned. Even worse, the dead bolt did not align with the door so you could not lock the door and the top lock was broken off. The fridge did not work. The only thing that we didn't like was the HVAC unit wouldn't cook off the room enough to be totally comfortable at midday but with the balcony door open during the sunset and in the evening it cooled off comfortably.
