Nice hotel
Nice hotel in a quiet area, booking in was difficult as the Hotels. com ref number was wrong but luckily was able to find someone to help. Would definitely stay again.

An unbelievably bad experience
I was surprised by the fact that on arrival there was no reception area and check in had to be virtual. The process did not work well, given that after check in I did not a get the key to the room that I had been assigned! I had to call their main number three times to get someone from the restaurant to give me the key. Later in the room, the light as well as the safe was not working£ had to call the main number again. Finally, at 7.20 am the next morning, building works started with a loud sound of drilling!

This hotel has all the amenities you can imagine , the problem is that you can see that the people operating it have no drive or vision . My room had a chargers and cables everywhere and looked messy and crowded. Surely not intended but nevertheless a distractor !

Loved the self service. The room was very relaxing, spacious and clean. Had shutter to block out light. Fridge, stove, complementary coffee, tea, water and sparkling water. Also a basket of apples at the check in kiosk was a great little touch. Quiet hotel very peaceful. Many supermarkets in walking distance. Train to airport is in walking distance and very easy to use and understand. Definitely want to come back and stay longer. Loved the neighborhood, people and just the atmosphere in general. Thank you for everything. 5 stars all around. Will recommend maybe a kiosk to buy or rent universal adapters. And not much is open late.

Nice room!
Lovely clean room, comfy bed, easy check in process. Room was cold on arrival and there are no blackout curtains...didn't feel very private. The automatic door was still locked when I stepped out this morning at 11 am and because I didn't have my key, I could not get back into the hotel. That was weird.

Dear Shannon, Thank you for your review and for your feedback. We're happy to hear that you found the self check-in terminal easy to use. We're sorry that you felt cold in the room, there is a control element on the wall to regulate the heating. Also instead of blackout curtains there are window blinds at every window to block out the light. There is also a code to open the Hotel entrance door. This is not written on the door for security reason but in case of need or questions you can reach us anytime 24/7 on the phone number written next to the check-in terminal. This hotel is WELL worth the veey short drive to ans from the airport. You wont get a true suite (much more than a room ar an airport hotel) like this one at any of the standard airport hotels. I had to call for assistance to get into the parking garage and the phone call was picked up right away and resolved in 2 seconds! Easy check in at rhe kiosk. The room was exceptional and had a fully equipped kitchen, sofa, patio, anad dining area. Eveyrhing was new....and the room was so well thought out in design. One of the best places Ive stayed near any airport worldwide. Google maps got me to the airport just fine and it was extremely easy. There are 3 grocery stores/markets within a 2 minute walk as well. Will definitely never forget this stay. Highly recommended!

Very good
Very easy - with good facilities - kettle, microwave etc so you can make yourself comfortable for a few days. Close to Wallisellen station and only 8-9 mins by train to central Zurich. Direct Trams to airport too..

Nice modern facility - room was like an apoartment with cooking facilities and good deck space for working. TV size was tremendous! Buffet breakfast was well provided and varied continental style. Screen style check-in was a little fiddly and not very easy to use. At one point I didn’t realise I hadn’t finished.

Clean rooms, not sure about food..
We booked Hotel My Way and didn't realize till after we booked that no one was on site. That was a bit frustrating because we were ready to just check in and get to bed. We had to figure out how to get a hold of the hotel so we had to call an international number to get access to the room, a little frustrating but we finally got it. Once we got in, we were very happy with the room, very clean and nice. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Something the server did while we were there bothered me a bit. I saw a couple left from their table and the server went over to their table to clear it, she picked up the basket of bread and put the customers unused bread back on the buffet for another customer to come along and put on their plate. uh... I didn't get anything else after that, I was a bit shocked and we left.

Very cool vibe in hotel; very clean, private and well appointed. I was not a fan of the automated check-in service as we encountered some issues a human could have taken care of. Still, once I raised the issues (via email) the staff quickly and happily addressed them for us - so they lost no points in our eyes. I also didn't much care for the additional charge to park a car at the hotel, however this may be commonplace in Zurich and again not a poor reflection on the hotel. However be aware that if you plan to rent a car they asked an additional 20 francs a night to park at the hotel. Finally, the hotel has no air conditioning. Once again, this doesn't necessarily reflect poorly on the hotel itself as ... it's Switzerland, why would they need air conditioning? That is unless you're staying in early August during a heat wave, as we did then you really miss it. The place is deserving of a solid four stars in our estimation. We would go back.

Better than expected
I booked this hotel as it seemed perfect for a quick overnight while on the road. However, once there I realized it was so much more than just a place for a quick overnight stop. I loved the self check-in system as well as the easy availability of underground parking. There is a restaurant on site that seems very popular, although I did not eat there. The room was excellent, very nice, clean, comfortable, and with new appliances (it has a fully equipped kitchenette). The only downside was the breakfast. Because it was Sunday morning, they had left my breakfast in the fridge. It was not the best, but ok, it was included in the price. I could not get the TV to work, but the wifi was great so I could watch my own shows.

Loved this hotel.
Very clean and new boutique hotel. Self serve checkin great but be sure to have a credit or debit card WITH PIN available to use. No A/C which made it challenging for a good nights sleep during the heat wave while there (88-92 degree days) but room had great fan, French doors and block out louvres. Breakfast buffet in restaurant great and it’s staff was outstanding. Would stay again.

Awesome but short stay.
We arrived late but it was a self check in, so it was fine. The check in was quick and easy. The place was amazing. We had our breakfast ready in the fridge as it was for the Saturday. We were very sad that we couldn’t use their facilities for longer. We really only had about 5 hrs. The view was pretty and there was a supermarket and station a few metres away. They had extra facilities eg. Coffee pod machine, full fridge and cooking facilities. Very neat and clean place.

Great self service hotel. Very clean and comfortable - great staff and owner. Food good in bar / restaurant. Continental style breakfast quite lite. Coffee fantastic. We’re near station can be in central Zurich in 7 mins. Tram direct to airport also from station..

My Way for me.
No staff which was different. Once I understood how to check in, etc. It was awesome. The room amenities were very nice, even new slippers, pillows and bed were better than my own. Would stay again if in the area for sure.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay

Great hotel for business trips
I was one of the first people to stay in the hotel- I was on a business trip to a client just a 10 minute walk away. Although there were some technical issues with the self-check in system (this place is more of an aparthotel) staff were on hand to assist and I'm sure that this won't be an issue in the future. The room itself was very nicely decorated with a kitchenette and a good-sized balcony. Very contemporary but also warm and homely. There were UK television channels, good wifi and a Nespresso coffee machine. An added bonus was a decent hairdryer and hair straighteners- it's clear that a lot of care has gone into furnishing these rooms. The restaurant downstairs serves a set menu of a raclette grill which was delicious and quite fun. If you want to go further afield, there are other restaurants in Wallisellen but central Zurich is only 15 minutes away by train and the journey is very easy.

Check In für 2 Übernachtungen war nicht möglich da; - Scanner für ID defekt - Hotline nicht bedient - Bestätigungsmail mit Reservierungsnummer nicht gesendet Ich musste kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel buchen, Ein Tag später habe ich die Hotline angerufen und man hat mir eine Gutschrift für die beiden Nächte versprochen. Bis heute habe ich kein Mail erhalten.

absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
absolut empfehlenswert !!...auch neuartige Erfahrung des elektronischen Selbst-Eincheckens...hat aber einwandfrei funktioniert....falls Übernachtung vorgesehen unbedingt auch Nachtessen im Restaurant Sign mitbuchen...sehr empfehlenswert

Best choose for near airport
Far from downtown but near station. Beautiful decorations and interior design. Big room and good breakfast service. Feel not nice to Taiwanese at Sign bar (because a lady waitress) but a man waiter is helping us.
