Very nice vacation villa located at less than one kilometer from the beach of Pinarellu with a superb view on the mountain.

INTERIOR
Living room with open kitchen fully equipped. The living space has been designed with openings on each side to enjoy shaded areas throughout the day.

The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 : Queen Size bed (160*200) with shower and toilet
Room 2 : Queen Size bed (160*200) with shower room and toilet. Access to the swimming pool and view on the mountains.
Room 3 : Queen Size bed (160*200) with shower and toilet. Access to the pool and view of the mountains.
Room 4 : located on the lower level of the villa, this room is completely independent.

EXTERIOR
The main terrace overlooks the 10*3,5 pool (heated from April to November) and has a bioclimatic pergola, ideal to enjoy the pool while staying cool.
The terrace is very well equipped with a relaxation area, a lounge and a sunbathing area with several sunbeds.
On the other side of the villa, a second space has been converted into a dining area with a plancha, sink and pizza oven.
The garden has been created to ensure that both young and old have a pleasant vacation.
For the little ones, a tree house with a climbing wall, trampoline, games and a swing are available.
For the adults, several corners are arranged to take advantage of the view in peace. A petanque court is also available.
The site is fully fenced with several parking spaces available (max 4)
Animals are allowed.

La proximité de les plages et des commerces tout en restant dans une zone tranquille. La vue sur les montagnes est exceptionnelle. L’aménagement de la maison est très confortable et entretenu avec style. Le vaste jardin permet de profiter pleinement sans voisinage direct. La surface du jardin de 2500m2 nécessite un entretien plus régulier (nettoyage). La terrasse devrait également être nettoyée pas le service de nettoyage (toiles d’araignées sur les barrières, dans les pergolas) Ajoutez un aspirateur serait le bienvenu dans l’inventaire.

La villa est très bien conçue, et le terrain avec les aménagements extérieurs est superbe. La vue est tout simplement magique.

Très belle maison mais un peu d'approximation...

Étant donné le niveau de luxe et le prix de la maison, je m'attendais a ce que tout soit parfait alors que les porte ne fermaient pas, des objets casses et de la vaisselle pas propre à l'arrivée sans que on soit avertis de tout cela car pas de check in avec les gérants. Et surtout un très désagréable mauvais odeur d'égouts pour mauvaise manœuvre durant le ménage... Ceci- dit, maison très belle et agréable à vivre pour nous qui étions 6, chambre grandes et pleins d'outils , vaisselle ecc. Et nos contacts ont été plutôt réactifs pour résoudre les souci.
