La PinĂšde by Pinarello Villa Services

The villa is ideally located 100m from a magnificent fine sand beach and 150m from restaurants.

The patio located in the center of the villa is the link connecting all living spaces. It creates a warm atmosphere with a teak table that can accommodate 12 people, cleverly shaded by an IPE pergola, which will ensure convivial meals. A gas barbecue will enhance your family or friends' meals. The (heated) swimming pool is also modern and pleasant with several comfortable sofas and loungers located all around.

Two bedrooms and the kitchen with the central island have direct access to the patio. Two other bedrooms adjacent to the villa are also facing the patio. The fifth bedroom faces the garden.

All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom.

A room with its own bathroom, then every 2 rooms share a bathroom.

The very cozy living room also overlooks the garden on the south side. On this side, there is another large terrace with a table that can also accommodate 12 guests. An outdoor lounge with armchairs will allow for peaceful relaxation.

The residence is designed to be very quiet for relaxing vacations. The varied and magnificent landscapes, the nearby beaches are also very beautiful. The mountain less than an hour away allows for a beautiful refreshing walk (Bavella, Zonza and rivers with the possibility of canyoning).

Water sports in the Pinarello bay are numerous: Diving, Jet Ski, Water Skiing, Wake, Fly Board and boat rental.

The village of Pinarello is accessible in 3 minutes on foot, with all its restaurants, bars, ice cream shops...

The Cinq MondeÂź wellness center is located less than 250m from the villa.

Magnifique ! La proximitĂ© avec la plage, la piscine privĂ©e, le calme, les restos, un lieu de rĂȘve

Un havre de paix avec accĂšs Ă  une plage quasi privative mĂȘme en plein mois d’aoĂ»t. De larges espaces de vie, des chambres climatisĂ©es, cours intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieure, proximitĂ© des commerces et restaurants. Les dotations de la maison et la literie sont premium et le fait de disposer d’un lave linge, sĂšche linge tres agrĂ©able. La piscine est bien entretenue, ainsi que le jardin et les accessoires de plage mis Ă  disposition. Maison trĂšs accueillante pour des familles avec enfants. Un vrai plaisir!

Erwartungen wurden noch ĂŒbertroffen

Es war alles unkompliziert. Anreise, Übergabe, Einweisung, Aufenthalt und Abreise. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit ganz viel Platz. Der beheizte Pool ist ein Traum. Die Gastgeber geben sich immer MĂŒhe und geben immer UnterstĂŒtzung. Es gibt einen fast privaten Weg zum wunderschönen Sandstrand. der höchstens 50m lang ist. Hier sind nicht sehr viele BadegĂ€ste. Somit hat man seine Ruhe. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist beeindruckend. Es gibt alles ist ausreichender Menge. Ich glaube es ist das erste Mal, dass mich die RealitĂ€t des Hauses mehr beeindruckt hat als das Inserat. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die wunderbare Zeit und wir werden sicher irgendwann wiederkommen. Marvellous

Our family of 5 loved this villa. There was plenty of space with lots of extras home touches that you don’t always find in rentals. We spent the week around the pool and popping to the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away. FrĂ©dĂ©ric was on hand if needed and responded promptly . Altogether a fantastic week - we hope to return .

La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  100 m d’une belle plage et Ă  150 d’une petite rue commerçante comportant plusieurs restaurants, au calme. L’accueil par la propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© correct. Cependant, le mĂ©nage n’était pas impeccable (un peu de vaisselle sale, frigidaire non javellisĂ©, poussiĂšre sous les lits, cuisine ÂŽgrassouille ÂŽ, moisissures dans les joints de douche...) et la maison nĂ©cessiterait un bon rafraĂźchissement (murs Ă  lessiver, carrelage du contour de la piscine instable, hotte de la cuisine en mauvais Ă©tat, matelas des transats vĂ©tustes...). Les propriĂ©taires partagent le mĂȘme terrain sur une maison mitoyenne. Pour conclure, la maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e mais les prestations ne sont pas Ă  la hauteur du prix payĂ©.

Awesome property!

We were lucky enough to find this property available just a few weeks before our trip. The first thank goes to the travelers who had written the reviews, after the pictures, it is always what I read. The owners are very quick to respond, and really helpful with informations about the region. Pascale and Frederic ‘s house is wonderful! Clean, big, and very well thought out. The location is perfect. You are no more than a hundred feet from a beautiful beach, 2 kayaks, a paddle board, and many inflatable toys are just waiting for you. Even though it is close to many restaurants, it is very quiet and very private. The heated pool and the patio are perfect. The kitchen could not be more welcoming, even for big families. The appliances are galore. 2 refrigerators( 1 with ice cube maker), 2 freezers, induction cooktop, oven, microwave,nespresso machine, blender, food processor, and so many dishes... it reflects the fact that this place is not only a villa, it is a true family house. The beds were top notch, very firm, no trouble falling asleep. It was the first time I sacrificed the view for the proximity of the water, let’s just say it was a success! I highly recommend this property, we will come back again. Thank you Pascale, Frederic for sharing your property with us! Val.

Nous avons louĂ© cette villa durant la semaine du 11 au 18 aoĂ»t 2018. Nous Ă©tions un groupe composĂ© de 10 personnes d’une mĂȘme famille, mon Ă©poux et moi-mĂȘme souhaitions faire dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion Ă  nos quatre enfants ainsi qu’à leurs compagnons/compagnes, tranche d’ñge de 17 Ă  31 ans. A notre arrivĂ©e Ă  la villa, l’accueil des propriĂ©taires (FrĂ©dĂ©ric et Pascale) fut particuliĂšrement attentionnĂ© et ils se sont montrĂ©s prĂ©venants durant toute la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour, mettant Ă  notre disposition une multitude de matĂ©riels de loisirs (2 canoĂ«s doubles, un paddle, masques, tubas, palmes, raquettes de jeux, ballons, matelas gonflables, planche de bodyboard, etc.), ainsi que des parasols, serviettes de piscine etc
 La premiĂšre impression en dĂ©couvrant l’intĂ©rieur de la villa a Ă©tĂ© unanime : trĂšs beaux volumes et agencements rĂ©alisĂ©s avec goĂ»t. On se sent tout de suite bien et Ă  notre aise, chaque couple ayant sa propre chambre et salle d’eau. La villa est idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  100 mĂštres Ă  pied des restaurants et petits commerces de Pinarello et offre un accĂšs quasi immĂ©diat Ă  une trĂšs belle plage en contrebas. Elle dispose d’une allĂ©e pour stationner les vĂ©hicules, d’un jardin ombragĂ© avec une grande table pour 10 Ă  12 personnes et barbecue Ă  proximitĂ©. Nous avions la possibilitĂ© d’installer notre grande tablĂ©e dans le patio au bord de la piscine, idĂ©al pour le petit dĂ©jeuner. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e en Ă©lectromĂ©nager, ustensiles de cuisine, mobilier et Ă©quipements Hifi (TV, magnĂ©toscope 3D, etc.) et avec une connexion internet sĂ©curisĂ©e trĂšs correcte. L’entretien de la piscine est assurĂ© au quotidien, ce qui permet d’avoir une eau toujours irrĂ©prochable. L’endroit a beaucoup de charme et de quiĂ©tude, le lotissement est trĂšs calme. A proximitĂ©, nous avons pu pratiquer des activitĂ©s sportives telles que canyoning et jet-ski, sans oublier l’immanquable sortie en bateau. La journĂ©e sur les iles Lavezzi restera l’un de nos meilleurs souvenirs. Nous tenons Ă  remercier tout particuliĂšrement FrĂ©dĂ©ric qui a Ă©tĂ© attentif Ă  rendre cette journĂ©e inoubliable. Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dĂ©licieuse dans cette superbe villa. Encore merci pour l’accueil et pour les attentions multiples. Nous recommandons sans hĂ©sitation cette adresse.

Exceeded all expectations

We travelled as a group of 10 made up from 3 families. The villa worked out great giving enough privacy yet still entered around the pool. Our first day was not great in terms of the weather but, being heated, we all still enjoyed the pool. The pool also has a retractable cover which When closed meant that the adults could relax in the comfort of knowing the children would be safe. Frederic greeted us on our arrival and gave us a detailed handover including a few tips of where to eat and the best places to visit. It was a nice surprise to find that the villa comes with the use of 2 kayaks and a paddle board. The beach is only a few steps away so longs days were spent messing around on the water. The villa is very well equipped with all you could want and the kitchen, which opens directly to the pool area, was a great social space We had a small issue with the internet but with 5 teenagers with us it was hardly a surprise, I merely mentioned it to Frederic the next day and it was sorted Frederic is a great host who is always around if needed but generally is very much in the background. He lives a stones throw away and made a brief visit every couple of days just to ensure everything was perfect We made a couple of trips inland to an area called Cavu which is a selection of natural pools with a river flowing through. Absolutely superb and a must do. We went back there the following day to rent bicycles and explored the whole area. There is also tree top canyoning experience park there which was great fun The restaurants in the strip were reasonable but the Le Rouf was the stand out restaurant for us. The cocktails in VigVog were enjoyed by all😊 In short great villa in a super location

Modern Villa, Ideal Location, Perfect Host

Truly an amazing place! My family and friends met from different parts of the globe to enjoy a holiday in Corsica. We loved the villa’s ultra-modern architecture and fully equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for all seven of us. Steps away from the beautiful beach and local restaurants made this the ideal location. “Fred” was the ultimate host. His knowledgeable of the area was invaluable and he helped us plan our activities when asked. He was always responsive before, during and after our stay. We also enjoyed exploring the mountains and visiting Bonifacio which were short drives from Pinarello in our rental car. On lazy days, we relaxed by the luxurious pool which is the focal point of the glass enclosed kitchen and bedrooms. The highlight of our stay was the boat trip! Fred is an experienced boat captain and we chartered his boat for a beautiful, private trip along the coast. We made several stops to explore, swim and have lunch, making it the perfect day at sea. I highly recommend this villa and can’t wait until our next visit! Thank you, Fred, for making this trip unforgettable.

Schönes Ferienhaus ganz nah am Strand

wir waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern zwischen 9 und 5 Jahren und hatten herrliche Tage im Oktober. NĂ€he zum Meer mit viel "Spielzeug" wie SUP, Kanu und Sandkasten-Ware ist besonders zu erwĂ€hnen. Kids fĂŒhlten sich wohler als bei Club Med! Geheizter Pool war auch schön und die KĂŒche mit allen Equipments lĂ€dt ein fĂŒr gemĂŒtliche Kochrunden. Kommen bestimmt wieder - Merci Frederic !

Superbes vacances dans une belle maison

Partis à 5 couples, nous avons passés 2 semaines merveilleuses. La maison est trÚs bien aménagée et bien équipée. La piscine chauffée trÚs appréciée en septembre, elle est au centre du patio lequel donne accÚs à 4 chambres, la 5iÚme est cÎté jardin. Situation exceptionnelle, à 50 M d'une belle plage, trÚs propre et nettoyée tous les matins et a proximité des petits commerces et de divers restaurants; On oublie la voiture pendant le séjour. A disposition, il y a un paddle, des kayaks, des bouées, des parasols et des accessoires de plage pour les enfants.Frédéric (le propriétaire) a été aux petits soins avec nous et nous avons fait une super balade en bateau en sa compagnie. Dommage de ne pas avoir fait connaissance avec PASCALE qui est adorable au téléphone. Nous recommandons cette maison les yeux fermés. Thierry et Jocelyne L.

Partis Ă  10 personnes, nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve : le descriptif de la villa est trĂšs modeste, la rĂ©alite est bien au delĂ . Son Ă©quipement ultracomplet (Robots menagers, cafetieres (inclus Nespresso) et bouilloires, sĂšche cheveux dans toutes les chambres), une architecture permettant une circulation facile et discrĂšte dans la maison et vers la piscine, des repas Ă  prendre cotĂ© ombre ou cotĂ© soleil et enfin un oasis de verdure (lauriers roses/blancs et essences mĂ©ditĂ©ranĂ©ennes) entretenu rĂ©guliĂ©rement (et discrĂštement) par les propriĂ©taires....On part Ă  regret en espĂ©rant y revenir. Du pur bonheur

Nous venons de passer un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa, trÚs bien aménagée et équipée. Nous étions 7 et avons occupé les 4 chambres qui donne sur le patio et sa piscine. TrÚs bonne literie. Elle a aussi une situation exceptionnelle. On est pratiquement sur la plage, avec accÚs par un passage "secret". Nous avions à disposition 2 kayaks pour longer la cÎte. Et à 200 m, des restaurants, boutiques et une boulangerie. Et le tout avec les conseils du propriétaire qui nous a donné les infos pour faire d'agréables ballades, et manger la "vraie" charcuterie corse. C'est une adresse que nous gardons, et sans doute y reviendrons nous...

Best Holiday Ever!!!

Thank you Fred and Pascale for giving us the opportunity to stay at your Villa. Our family and our friends' one had an amazing time at your Villa and in the beautiful village of Pinarellu. We had such a great time that next year as agreed we want to come again. We did the food shopping on Saturday when we arrived and until Thursday the following week we did not have to drive anywhere. Everything was there, a beautiful not very busy beach with turquoise water was literally 1 minute away from the Villa, a selection of very good restaurants with fantastic cocktails and amazing views over the gulf were 5 minutes walking distance (our children pace :)). But most of the time we spent it at the Villa, enjoying the warm pool (as described in the add) with our children which obviously did not want to come out from it at all and relaxing on the sun beds. Wonderful house in Pinarello

We stayed in this wonderful house with our family of five, plus my brother's family of four, during the last week of May 2016. The location of the house is perfect being only steps from the beach and only 2 minutes walk from restaurants and bakery. The house easily accommodated our large group, and the swimming pool was eagerly enjoyed everyday. The house is well set up with all the expected amenities. The owner is friendly, responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Belle villa, idéalement placée.

Nous venons de passer d'excellentes vacances familiales dans cette superbe villa. Sa proximité immédiate de la plage et du village, son équipement trÚs complet, sa piscine au centre d'un patio, en font un lieu idéal pour un séjour sans fausse note.
