"Excellent location. Walking distance to top restaurants, there were plenty of good beauty (hair, massage, spa) options also within walking distance too. We rarely took a didi throughout the whole trip. Rooms were comfortable and staff were helpful too. Gym was a bit small but functional and we didn’t need to use it that much anyway, and breakfast had plenty of options each morning. Definitely our go-to when in Shanghai. So convenient!"

"I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The interior has a cozy, welcoming feel with soft lighting and warm tones, and the rooms are both comfortable and practical. Small details like the layout, outlets by the bed, and well chosen furniture make it easy to settle in. The gym is also much better than what I usually see at hotels, with enough machines and weights for a proper workout. What makes the biggest difference, though, is the service. Charming, Una, and Yoyo always work together as a team...

"My stay at Kunlun was great so I extended my stay for another 3 days. The location was convenient- very close to Jing’An Temple and Jingan Pedestrian street (about 3 minutes walk), close to a subway station and nearby restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is known for being one of the first and oldest hotels from the Hilton brand in the 80’s in Shanghai, it’s still very well maintained and clean. I would stay here again. "
