"Staff at check in rude and dismissive. Paid up front and then when I left I checked my bank account and tried to charge me not once but twice! Expedia also took money for a cancel booking for this 3 day stay and refuse to refund it even though hotel agree as they didn’t get money… so won’t be using Expedia or staying here again.. the manager of Pullman, was helpful once I finally got ahold of them but again the check in guy never bother to even tell her and I had to follow up and demand to speak to her! "

"Very nice hotel, the rooms were a tad small and a little outdated, but it was such a wonderful location and the staff was great, so it that made up for it. Plus if you are there to sightsee and enjoy the surrounding areas, it is exactly what you need. We were able to check in early too which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe too."

"I checked in at 1:00 a.m. and set my alarm for 9:30 a.m., but I was woken up at 6:00 a.m. due to construction right outside my window. I wasn’t able to fall back asleep. I then changed to another room, but the noise was still there, although slightly reduced."
