Wrong room

Staff gave me a wrong room for the first night. They replaced it with the correct one for my second night and gave a discount but it was a hassle. Breakfast is mediocre, the AC was not working in the first room.

Rooms are very nice with full beds and kitchens in the apartments. Front staff member was unaccommodating and was difficult. The air conditioning is centrally controlled so every time you want to turn it on or off you need to contact the reception.

Vi boede på et fint familieværelse med en quennsize bed og to enkeltsenge. Dejligt at de to ekstra pladser til børnene ikke var en sovesofa. Værelset var pænt og rent. Det var nemt at komme til at parkere. Manden i receptionen virkede ikke glad for sit job. Morgenmaden var mildest talt kedelig. Brødet var ikke friskt. Æggene var ikke friske. Man får hvad man betaler for, opholdet var billigt, og det var nemt at komme til og fra hotellet på vores tur gennem Europa.

Fin overnatning, hotellet fremstår rent og pænt, morgenmaden er okay og med både varme og kolde retter. Omgivelserne er til den kedelig side, men som en overnatning på turen fungerede det fint. Dog mangler værelserne noget finish.

Our hotel room was connected double room. The toilet was in a really small room, the bathroom was more spacious but the hangers to hang the towels were falling from the walls. One of the single beds had some stains on the bed. The nearby Restaurants were closed, but it was possible to order food to the hotel. Breakfast was okay. The cornflakes were stuck in the spending machine, but overall it was a good continental breakfast.

Étape hôtel.

Je m’attendais à une chambre plus spacieuse Nous étions 4 adultes mais que 2 chaises à la table… impossible de tester la cafetière dans la chambre puisque aucune dosettes disponibles. Pas de bouteille d’eau non plus dans le frigo…sinon le petit déjeuner était bon ...le personnel est sympathique.
