Internet was poor, TV wasn’t working, restaurant was understaffed and food was cold. Had to request help each time we needed something. Poll was cold and so was jacuzzi. They don’t want to invest in a heat pump for spa. They use solar tubes to heat water so always Luke warm. Beautiful location but needs some training for staff to ensure customers feel important.

Dreamy Relaxing Haciend

Dreamy! The Hacienda is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The food is very good and the drinks are delicious! The view is unbeatable and get yourself a massage, they are amazing. Special shout out to Jesus, his service was top notch. Will definitely return and 100% recommend.

Vistas extraordinarias

Las vistas del hotel son espectaculares! Él servicio excelente, súper atentos, sin embargo la alberca estaba helada, el jacuzzi estuvo caliente únicamente 3 horas, la comida en lo personal no fue de mi total agrado nada especial, aunque los platos que sirven son súper bastos (en nuestro caso venia el desayuno incluido y súper completo). Adicional creo que le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Es un lugar hermoso pero por el precio hay muchos lugares que ofrecen más y mejor calidad. P.D recomiendo más ambientación en el lugar, una bocina con música que sea el sonido de la televisión en el comedor.

Todo fue bueno, las habitaciones cómodas y con hermosa vista. El restaurante tiene variedad y los alimentos son buenos. En general una excelente estancia solo el precio de la estancia y los alimentos es un poco elevado pero supongo que es por el tipo de hotel y su ubicación.

Todo fue muy placentero, HERMOSA ESTANCIA, una energia un ambiente un lugar en lo personal magico, exquisito inolvidable. El servicio muy amable todos. Fui sola y por primera vez, me hubiese gustado una guia que me explicara todo sobre el lugar: -Horario sobre alberca -Jacuzzi privado -Tomar una bebida en el jardin (romantico) aunque fuese solo para mi tener mi momento romantico. Seria lindo que incluyeran para personas que llegan por primera vez y no tienen idea un recorrido mostrandoles el lugar y explicarles que pueden o no hacer que tiene un costo extra y que incluye en la reservacion, asi no se sentirian perdidos.
