Brown colored water came out of the shower and sinks that smelled extremely bad. The water was like this my entire stay. It smelled so bad I had to skip taking showers or take showers at another place nearby. The water in their storage cistern is extremely contaminated and the staff never rectified the issue.

We loved Demetria Bungalows! Our bungalow was spacious and comfortable and cute and the property is in a great location. Our only complaint is that the floors were filthy! They blackened our bare feet :-0

Excellent stay. Beautiful settings, spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredible. The down side the lack of amenities, swimming pool was on the hotel building which is about a block away, no coffee maker in the room, at least not on the type of room I stayed and only one bootle of water free of charge a day.

the architecture and the layout of the property we're really unique. the stone floor getting and coming from your room was somewhat of a problem for suitcases on Wheels because of the gaps in the stones. overall it was a very nice day and I would come back again

Private, spacious. Very nice sitting area in the living room. Could use power outlets for use with laptop. Thou there was an outlet at the desk in the bedroom, the living room had none. I would have loved spending the time I worked in the living room.

We booked through Orbitz, after talking to the hotel staff and being advised to do so. The information on Orbitz about rooms is inaccurate: photos depict a category of room incorrectly. As a result, we booked the largest room on Orbitz, only to find that none was available when we arrived at the hotel. We had to settle for a lesser room. Very unhappy about that!

staff not friendly,rude, bad mood. Pathways to rooms crumbling, easy to trip especially at night, cant roll luggage. Only changed sheets once. Did not clean room unless asked to; then staff responded moody. Shower floor was so dirty we washed and bleached our own.
