"This is a well run hostel. The common areas are well maintained and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is well worth it; lots of options and a fair price, especially if you book ahead. The location in the medina is good. I could get to the main square to meet for tours within a 10-15 minute walk. It maybe be worth booking a pick-up if you have rolling luggage as taxis cannot drive right to the hostel and it's a very bumpy walk with a suitcase. I ordered a pick-up when I left and a guy came with a cart to move my luggage until we got to the taxi, which was much easier. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm which was cleaned well everyday."

"Beautiful hotel! The couryard was the best of the 3 Riads we experienced during our 10 day trip! We had the pleasure of seeing 2 of the 3 types of rooms. Both really nice, the family suite for our grand finale, was amazing! Service with a smile was delivered daily, the food was culturally good (and on time), and concierge was absolutely wonderful to us! My only complaint was the location of this gem of a stay. I was not at all pleased with the surrounding area, or the dungeonous alleyway that led to the front door, and I initially deemed it unsafe. However, after experiencing the care the employees gave our safety going in and escorting us to taxis, etc. we came to realize that safety was not an issue at all...it was just a hard to look at location unfortunately. I honestly wish we could pick this riad up and place it in more "aesthetically pleasing" surroundings. Never the less, we did have a plesant stay here. Everyone was attentitive and helpful, and we will always remember Morocco as a fond memory as a result of their kindness. Shukran. 😊"

"I was really happy with my stay at Riad Sapphire (once I finally found it)! Highly recommend leveraging their greeting service to help you with locating the riad in the quiet narrow alleys of the Medina. Once inside, it was a beautiful oasis where the team including Abdo and Driss welcomed you home like family. The rooftop terrace and central atrium were beautiful, and the morning breakfast was the perfect way to start every day of adventures in Marrakesh."
