"Just been here for 5 days, loved the hotel and its location in the medina, it’s right next to a taxi pick up point for any day trips which is extremely useful!! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Only a small thing that sort of went wrong not sure if it was usual or not but for about 2 days our electricity kept cutting out in our room every 20 mins or so which meant the air con would too. It came back on pretty quickly and this did get fixed but was quite annoying. Apart from that it was a lovely stay in a very pretty hotel. Would recommend ☺️"

"An incredible hotel. Truly one of a kind. La Mamounia is on another level. The service is incredible, but what impressed me even more is the attention to detail everywhere you look. The rooms are beautifully decorated, every space feels special, and even just walking around the hotel and the gardens is an experience by itself. I used the gym, had dinner at Le Marocain, spent time exploring the property, and everything was consistently excellent. The staff makes you feel taken care of without being intrusive, and the level of detail in the design, the service, and the overall experience is really impressive. It’s not just a luxury hotel. It has character, history and a very strong sense of place. You really feel that you are in Marrakech. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had."

"Highly recommend staying at Riad Sakura, truly an amazing experience. Not a single fault from check in to check out. Eriko is a warm and amazing host who gave me a lot of advice about the city and made sure that my stay was perfect. The location is right in the Medina, yet it is also nice and quiet at night. Felt very safe no issues about the area. Thank you Riad Sakura!"

"Friendly staff, Clean facilities, great security, the buffet choices are excellent and the Garden area is beautiful. Only thing, no snacks between meal hours. We got the room with jacuzzi and it was a great choice. I would come back no questions."

"The place was pretty and the attention from Hamman flawless. Really kind and helpful. But the room could have been cleaner as well as the shower. Also the shower head was broken. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We stiil had a great time."

"Arriving in extreme heat. I was turned away at the door as I had the wrong property. The addresses are hard in marrakech. I only had a screenshot of the address. The lady spoke no English. I asked to use her Wi-Fi so I can log on & she said no. I had to then walk back into the centre to get Wi-Fi from a cafe for me to confirm I was at the right property. I went back, she apologised. Why? I confirmed my name but obviously as she spoke no English it was pointless communicating. I then checked in with someone on a mobile. Room itself was lovely. Down an alley but all riads are like this! Breakfast was plentiful. I was allowed to leave my luggage for a few hrs after check out. I will know in future to have my hotel printed off. But was it my fault?"

"My wife and I travel all over the world and we have been to fancy hotels that offer the best of the best but we’ve never had a more homey feeling, the staff was super helpful and friendly. A small room but super cozy clean and everything we needed. Location was right where you wanna be, close to everything and a very good breakfast."
