"The rooms were extremely clean and well presented, the staff are extremely kind and hospitable, they have a very genuine manner. The stafe are VERY friendly and were always so helpful even if it was very late or an inconvenienced time. The breakfast was extremely delicious and so refreshing, i still miss the fresh orange juice they make, i wish i could take it back home with me. In conclusion, such amazing customer serveice and such a well mainteined establishment for a very reasonable price, would definetly recommend to anyone, especially first time comers to Morocco."

"Nous n’avons pas utilisé le spa. La piscine est sur le toi et il y a un maître nageur et un dj bonne musique et un super resto qui offre d’excellents repas à différents prix et offre une belle ambiance sur le toi. Le petit déjeuné était moyen et coûte 120 dirham par personne. La grandeur des chambres est plus grande quand Europe et plus petite qu’au Québec ou celles des tout compris aux Antilles. Les quartier est pas recommandé pour une promenade. On est à 10-15 min en voiture de la grande place Jemaa et du musée YSL. Le personnel est très gentils et très serviable."

"We felt so comfortable and taken care of here at this beautiful Riad. We had no idea what to expect and in fact when we had to get dropped off a little distance from the Riad in a very hectic and foreign area, we were not sure what to expect. But when we entered the Riad, it was truly like an oasis in the middle of a desert. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Our room, a junior suite was so lovely and perfect. It was very clean and comfortable with hand crafted finishes everywhere. One of my favorite things was breakfast on the rooftop (included) and the Hammam. If you’re looking for an authentic Moroccan stay, this is the place. And be sure to ask the owner, Mohammed for a tour of his private museum across the way from the Riad. It’s amazing."

"Hotel is in an excellent location with everything close by from Groceries to Malls and banks/ ATM. 24h Reception. Rooms cleaned every day and Towels Replaced. Most activities in Marrakech picks up from this hotel making it convenient. Staff are very Nice. No Complaint what so ever. Recommend this Apart Hotel to Anyone."

"The staff was extremely personable. I watching the Champion's League final with one of the staff after check-in. There is a lovely cat who greeted me each day when I returned home. These graces are more than one can expect for at a large hotel. Stay here instead. It is wonderful!"
