Our room was lovely… beautiful details, wonderful hot shower and surprisingly quiet at night. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast and coffee were very good. We even made some new friends… the cats outside welcomed us back each day. The location was also very good for visiting the souks and the Jama El Fna. Thank you very much 😁

Wonderful stay at an authentic Morrocan riad. Staff were superb, attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent, best I've experienced post covid. Beautiful rooftop area with views of Atlas mountains. We used the airport transport which Riad Eloise organised for us and it was well worth it, especially when arriving late at night.

The street down to the Riad seemed a little dirty but once you got into the Riad, it was a beautiful place in the Medina. Was greeted by abdel who did a Wonderful job settling us in. The breakfast was amazing with fresh breads, dips and freshly squeezed juices daily. All the staff including the cleaning teams and chefs work very hard and are very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful place in the medina. All the staff starting from Alain, Abdul, Waiters, Cleaners, Chefs etc are fantastic, always with a smile and ready to help. Very Clean and Big and very Comfortable Rooam, Riad Eloise is a magic place in Marrakech and we recomend it to everybody.

Our host was very accommodating and so helpful. The Riad was quiet and had a boutique feel. The street the door was down seemed a little dirty/off the beaten path but that did not match the clean and homey inside.

Very friendly staff and available to provide alot of information about what to see. i loved the location. not in the middle of things so it was quiet and yet could easily walk to places. Just note that the stairs can be steep.

Pleasant welcoming clean with excellent location

The staff at the Eloise Riad were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. They also were able to recommend places to go or eat. Walking distance to everything. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very central but stil quiet at night. Great breakfast.

The staff was incredible especially Yousef and Abdel! Very accommodating and helpful- gave us all of the information to make a great stay! Also got our laundry done which was such a relief! One thing that Expedia shows is that the riad has a gym, spa, and steam room which it does not. Other than that, great stay and excellent location. Would return!

The staff is fabulous. Abdel and Youssef were always ready and willing to help with any issue. Even volunteering to walk you to a tour excursion shop or to your airport shuttle. Can thank them enough for making the stay easy and memorable. The Riad Eloise was always spotless and inviting, can't go wrong here. I do recommend getting them to arrange your shuttle to the riad, Marrakech is a maze and it'll take a while to get your bearings.

We were so pleased with Riad Eloise and the amazing staff. We can’t thank Alain and the staff enough for not only making sure we were comfortable and taken care of, but going above and beyond. They even fixed my wall plug that stopped working during the trip without me asking. The room was great and had AC. We enjoyed the breakfast and the scenic views from the rooftop. The host made sure to give us lots of information about Marrakesh and places to visit. We would definitely recommend this place as female-friendly (we were 2 girls and felt very safe). Would definitely come back.

Moroccan Hospitality at its best!

Lovingly restored riad in the medina... why stay in hotel which could be anywhere, when you can get an authentic taste of old Marrakesh? Close to everything, but not TOO close so you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Alain was a most gracious host, with lots of essential advice on navigating the tangle of streets, what to do, and just as important, what not to do. Genuinely friendly and warm staff, Yusuf and Abdel both were happy to help with anything... and in Marrakech, one needs some help, at least the first time. Delicious vegetarian breakfast with homemade cheese, yogurt and breads.

The Riad is a diamond find which was made extra special because of the kindness and help we received from Abdel. He went out of his way to help us and make our stay in Marrakech enjoyable. The decor in the Riad is beautiful and all the staff are polite and friendly. The authentic breakfast was delicious and Abdel even got up early to prepare breakfast when we had to leave early for our flight. Everyone needs an Abdel in their life. Thanks Heidi & Si

First impression of the location when arriving at night was a little apprehensive, however we had no need to be . The staff are fabulous, extremely welcoming and helpful. The approach to the riad is down a small alley way. Once we had explored marrakech by day Ight we realised most were like this as they are essentially boutique hotels in area where local families live, children play and the local smile and say hello. Room - we booked the standard double l it was exactly as per the photos . Small but that was fine. Beautiful bedding and a lovely bathroom. Complete with air con which was essential . Breakfast - slightly different each morning, however a typical Moroccan breakfast of different types of breads, pancakes, honey, jam, peanut butter, fresh fruit and yoghurt, accompanied by fresh orange juice and coffee. Pool - this is essential for cooling off, Not big enough for a swim but lovely for a dip . Surrounded by lovely seating and cushions. Pool towels provided. Roof terrace - a gorgeous area, full of wonderful plants, flowers , 2 areas with sun lounges and bannocks and then a separate area with lovely sofa seating and hanging chairs . The staff really made our stay and I would definitely recommend . The are is nice and quiet too and only a couple of minute walk until you reach the start of the street full of locals shops, crafts, and food. We booked the taxi to and from the airport and the driver was excellent. We will be back

Staff was excellent Jossef was there for us the whole stay. Going out of his way to make our experience was a grand one. Majorly helped us with parking. They washed our clothing. Cleaned our room daily. Served a nice breakfast. The owner was helpful suggesting places to visit while in Morocco and always had a smile on his face.
