Beautiful property , Staff very helpful and nice in reception and kitchen. Great location , fantastic food Breakfast always fresh and coffee is the best in town.Owner of the property supportive, pleasant caring for the guests. For few złote you can get sandwiches to go !!! Receptionist on the 21st was very helpful and pleasant as was the one on the 23rd when we were checking out. We were a little disappointed with the limited hours of the restaurant as we would have liked to have had an evening meal there.

I want to say huge thank you for the hospitality, especially to Amazing staff of reception Miss Kasia and Miss Izabella for all the help and keeping myself Company.Big thank you to the personnel of the kitchen and to Miss Agnieszka for very good and tasty breakfast. My family and I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The hotel itself was so beautiful and clean. It felt like you were at home with how comfy the beds were. The hotel stay included breakfast which was amazing. The food and fruit was so fresh. Not only was the hotel amazing, the workers and owner were so incredibly kind. If you have any questions they would help you. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful place with local character.
Wonderful architecture, well located within 5 minutes of mountain trails. 5-10 minutes walk to bus to Kuźnice or Morskie Oko. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The only drawbacks which affected my rating were: (1) noise due to nearby construction and excessive speed of local drivers, (2) no a/c which may be an issue on occasion in the summer (we had temperatures of 32C), and (3) not enough storage space like drawers or wardrobes. But staff is very helpful and efficient and will do their best to make your stay agreeable. Please note that it seems to be a general rule in Zakopane to maintain your room once every two or three days unless you request more frequent tidying. It does affect the number of garbage which you may accumulate, like dirty cups, glases, or empty water bottles. You may also run out of tea/coffee provided in the room.

The hotel is the typical log construction you find in the Zakopane area. It is quite clean, modern and to date in renovations. Breakfast was abundant with the typical European style of breads, sausages, cheese, eggs, etc., not much fruit, which I missed. Coffee was good. Staff were very friendly. We stayed for 2 days. Hotel is about 15-20 minute walk to the local market and the centrum. Parking is free in the hotel parking lot. Internet was working working properly during the time we stayed there. The local market has some excellent leather jackets, gloves, purses, etc. at some excellent prices. Well worth the trip for bargain hunters.

Very cozy, views of Tatra Mountains right above the Hotel, easy and short walk to the Krupowki, on site parking, great breakfast and very comfortable especially for families. Perfect Zakopane weekend getaway destination!

Sehr stylisches Haus in ruhiger Gegend, 10 Fußminuten zum "Zentrum". Leider kein Restaurant in Betrieb, die Zimmer eher klein, aber völlig ausreichend, wlan ließ sich leider nicht aktivieren. Parkplatz am Haus gegen Gebühr.

Dziękujemy za 8 przyznanych punktów i postaramy się ulepszyć usługi by zasłużyć na 10 :) Co do uwag to niestety, ale czerwiec jest jeszcze miesiącem przed otwarciem sezonu letniego i restaurację mamy jeszcze zamkniętą i serwujemy śniadania dla naszych gości lub zamówioną obiadokolację. Szkoda, że nie zgłosił Pan problemów z uzyskaniem dostępu do wifi, próbowalibyśmy rozwiązać problem na bieżąco. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze będziemy mieli okazję gościć Pana u nas, już bez tych niedogodności. Pozdrawiamy i życzymy dużo dobrego.

Amazing place!
We recommend to stay here, the guest house is located in a calm area, just a walk from Krupuwki. The beds were confortable and the rooms were clean and quiet. The straff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious.

Decent guest house on the outskirts of Zakopane
Zakopiański Dwór was located on the outskirts of the center of Zakopane, within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife and mountain lifts. The hotel offered on-site parking for a fee. The hotel rooms were simply furnished with bed, armchair, table and flat screen TV with Polish channels. There was no kettle, minibar or air conditioning. The mattress in the bed seemed to be made of foam rubber and was not particularly comfortable. The cleanliness seemed to be good, but the room was not cleaned during our stay. The common areas were clean, but somewhat cold and impersonal. The reception was open until 23:00 and I missed the opportunity to buy coffee, tea, other drinks and snacks at the reception. The hotel's bar and restaurant closed at 18:00. We felt that this was too early and wish it had been possible to buy something to eat or drink later in the evening. The hotel breakfast was served as a buffet with a good selection of cold dishes. It was also possible to order various hot dishes such as scrambled eggs, omelettes and sausages from the staff. The products in the buffet were fresh and nice in color, but I missed some more local and homemade products. The staff at the hotel were somewhat reticent and I missed more genuine service, hospitality and care from the staff.

Thank you for the feedback. It is a pity that nothing liked. I don't know what the bedding was supposed to be, we have 200/220, breakfast if anyone wants earlier gets earlier, it was enough to report it at the reception
