We stayed 3 nights and loved the cabin and the quiet. We could hear the birdsong in the nearby forest and we were only a few minutes out from St Arnaud.

You can spend an afternoon browsing the exhibits at Classic Boat Museum in St. Arnaud. Stroll along the area's lakeside or simply enjoy its restaurants.
Lake Nelson a picture perfect place
Biased by fond memories of childhood 60 years ago. Area still retains beauty and unspoiled by the outside world.
Lovely quiet town, very little there in terms of options for food etc
