It would have been nice if the pool was heated but I understand the reason it isn’t. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone venturing to Zadar. It is only about a 25 minute walk to the Old Town area, and is very nice and quiet."

"Nice decorated room, walking distance to the old town, easy parking around. No con’s, except that I was expecting a hotel so I spend a lot of time around to look for the building but Evan was nice waiting for us outside of it. "

"In a quiet street, ensuring a good night sleep. Room had great facilities, moderm bathroom, fridge, even a small table & washing machine. Check-in was super easy and well explained with a short video. Ante was easy to contact via WhatsApp."

"The host sent an email with excellent instrustructions on how to find the apartment and open the key box. The room and bed were very comfortable. We read a negative review about the shower, but we had a nice hot shower. The location is close to where the ferry from Pula arrives and the major attractions. While the bus station is walkable, it is not very convenient to the apartment. We had a wonderful stay in Zadar. It’s a lovely town to spend a few days in. The beaches are walking distance, too!"

"The apartment is newly re-furbished to a really high standard and very modern. The host I dealt with (Inga) was extremely helpful both regarding the apartment and the local area (bars and restaurants). If we were to re-visit Zadar we would certainly book again."

"The apartment was super nice…enjoyed the bath tub after a long day or walking, and the location was very close to everything. Minibar was complementary too which was a nice surprise. Would stay again. "

"Beautiful room with everthing we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Nicely air conditioned after being outside in the hot sun. Handy coffee machine for the morning coffee. Felt like being in a palace. "

"The property itself was great although the hot water took a long time to come through. The owner was addressing this as we left. The room itself was fabulous, large well furnished and had a large balcony overlooking the pool. If you don’t have a car it is quite a distance from the town centre but there is always a taxi or Uber. There was a good pasta/ pizza restaurant nearby."

"Lovely suite. Updates to the space were very very nice. Ivan met us and got us all set with details about the room and building. Great location. Parking could be challenging if you have a car. We did and found a space at the building. No need for an auto once you are there, so didn’t need to move it. And it’s free! Go to the promenade in the evening; lovely sunsets, people watching, food and drinks, the sea organ and the lighted ‘dance floor’ are all a treat. Only 2 flights to navigate. Felt...

"We called them many times since, at 6.30pm, none sent us instructions. After many calls and messages, they replaied… In my personal opinion, you have better options in town, and much more cheaper. The room is like a US Motel, door is at the floor street, people walking on the street can see you, and its like they are on the room. Very weird… Too expensive for that kind of “room”"

"Rooms were clean and comfy but very small. For longer stays only for young couples with no interests than in themselves or swimming. Big plus for the fridge in the rooms and the breakfast (to pay extra)."

"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...
