"Antonia was a fabulous host! Great communication, welcoming and friendly. The property was as pictured, comfy sofas, great shower and extremely comfortable beds. It was perfect for our family of 4, and we loved the terrace with the picturesque rooftops and sea view. The old town is literally a 3 min walk away, with bakery, small supermarket and lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, and of course Diocletians palace. "Being right in the centre of the city was perfect just minutes away. You can easily go back for a rest before going out again. Access to my Netflix an added bonus. Kettle in room also a bonus. Marina gave lots of great suggestions where to eat. Especially the best ice cream at Gelateria Emiliana. "

"The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. So helpful and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It would have been nice if the pool was heated but I understand the reason it isn’t. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone venturing to Zadar. It is only about a 25 minute walk to the Old Town area, and is very nice and quiet."

"We really enjoyed our time at this villa over 4 nights. Close to everything in Dubrovnik. Amazing city. As others have said it is noisy outside at night from the bars. With the windows shut and aircon on we slept really well. We would stay here again as so convenient. "

"Lovely apartment, close to split, high quality finish throughout. Lovely comfy bed (very soft like memory foam), clean and modern kitchenette and bathroom. Tea and coffee provided which was a lovely extra touch. Very clear communication throughout! "

"The staff were super helpful! Particularly Dajana was very helpful and provided food recommendations. Please be mindful that these are design rooms inside a business building, so it is not a like for like to a hotel. They serve breakfast at a cafe nearby, which was lovely, and they have a little rest area for tea and coffee. I thought the concept was nice and the room was clean and comfy."

"The property is in a great location, right next to the "walk of shame" steps. The hotel is clean and well maintained. They were nice enough to let us check in early and to store our bags in the lobby after check out, so we could have lunch before our flight."

"We had a fantastic stay at House Rustico! We were welcomed at the nearby Restaurant Vila Velebita with a complementary drink. Everyone was really friendly and the check in was really straightforward. The property is very close by and is in a relaxed, quiet location with plenty of parking and a nice place to sit outdoors. The room was super comfortable, very clean and we felt very relaxed there. The check out was very simple and was also at the restaurant where we had an excellent breakfast...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is comfy. The balcony is very large and had some great seating to enjoy the view. The view of the town from the balcony is an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying here. The walk into town is short and very picturesque. Can’t say enough great things about this place.
