"Desa the manager was very helpful. The apartment is in fair close location however near very loud road and among buildings that seemed under construction. The kitchenette well equiped. The mayor problem was that air-conditioning was completely molded and it was hazardous to use. The parent has no radiator even in bathroom. Then AC was out of order the room was completely cold and humid. Additionally the shower tube was clogged and you had to take very short shower because later the water would...

"Air conditioning wasn’t very effective. Room never got below 24 Celsius. It’s simple, has some basic pots, pans, etc., but we didn’t use the cooking top. Nice little patio area. Location is solid - it was quiet, very close to the bus station, grocery store (with self-service laundromat inside), only about 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and maybe 20 to Old Town. Not a ton of restaurant options in the immediate area, other than a McDonald’s."

"My wife and I stayed overnight at this property as we traveled from Split to Zagreb. We spent the morning in Zadar before driving on. Mario was great and kind. The property was outside of the center, but is near a bus line if transportation is needed to visit the center."
