Another great stay

This is the second time we stayed at these apartments and we were not disappointed. Great location close to everything. This has become our accommodation of choice when visiting Zadar. It’s the little extras and service that make the difference.

Room is clean and beautifully designed but do note there are birds chirping at 4am. Check-in and check-out was smooth and it's about 5 mins walk to the Sea Organ.

This property is a bit of a hidden gem but once we found it we were very pleased with the location. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the gold room, which was very spacious and the bathroom was large with a huge shower. Great value for the price!

Lovely suite. Updates to the space were very very nice. Ivan met us and got us all set with details about the room and building. Great location. Parking could be challenging if you have a car. We did and found a space at the building. No need for an auto once you are there, so didn’t need to move it. And it’s free! Go to the promenade in the evening; lovely sunsets, people watching, food and drinks, the sea organ and the lighted ‘dance floor’ are all a treat. Only 2 flights to navigate. Felt very safe.

Just arrived home after staying in the Silver Room, where to start? Ivan the host was amazing from start to finish, great clear contact prior to arrival. Arrival text whilst at the airport, even down to watching my flight arrival times. Met at the property promptly and gave great informative advice. Silver Room, safe location in old town was excellent for access to everything! Decorating of the room and finish of the bathroom was to a high standard with lots of little thoughtful extras! I for one cannot wait to come back!! Well done Ivan … you’ve nailed this!!! 🇭🇷

We stayed in the Gold room. Our host was amazing. Even met us so we could find the room properly. He also took the time to go over conveniences and room details with us. The room itself was beautiful, with an amazing en-suite. Would definitely itself stay there again.

This was an amazing place to stay. Not only was the location great, the room clean, trendy, cute and safe, the host was amazing. Ivan gave us recommendations, explained the area and saved us from a dicey situation we got into at the airport. Can not say enough about how wonderful the stay and host was. Perfect stay!

Brilliant stay at Ivan's place! We were in the silver room and it was gorgeous. Perfect size for a few nights. The bathroom was really nice too, loved the style! Not only was the room modern with everything we needed but it was spotless, extremely clean. Ivan was a wonderful host from start to finish. His communication was also brilliant and he was very helpful with recommendations but also allowing us to store our bags on the last day as we had an evening flight. Recommendations from us, watch the sunset up past the sea organ. If you walk through the barrier that is just after the 'Greeting to the sun' then you will find it is alot quieter. We went every night and took takeaway and drinks with us. It was gorgeous! We walked round the coast to Bamboo bar one day which I'd also recommend. Rather than walk back we rented bikes, this was so much fun riding along the water's edge. Zadar is such a beautiful and chilled place, we will definitely return and stay at Ivan's place Thank you Location was also brilliant for this room.

A perfect stay in Zadar old town

We stayed here for one night. Hotel is on the first floor of a building, only a few steps away from the center of the old town, very quiet in the evening. Our room and shower room were both large and beautifully decorated. Owner is a young guy, he was very nice and knowledgable, gave us lots of helpful information. Outside the old town, there is direct bus (#2) to the bus station and shuttle to the airport.

Silver and Gold luxury rooms was an absolute joy to stay with. Check in was very easy and straight forward and the owner's recommendations were spot on, even for a short trip. It is centrally located, just minutes away from the ocean promenade, sea organ, and sun salutation. Great food and bars in old town are a short walk away as well. The owner went the extra mile to make sure that our stay was easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Ivan sent me a note with the wifi password proor to arrival just in case i didn't have a tel . I thought this was very thoughtfull of him. Then we arrives to the apt where we were met by Ivan, he let us in and what a beautiful room it was clean bright very modern and above all their policy is enviromentaly friendly which is impprtant to Canadians and others. You should smell the bed sheets they were so clean . The area is very safe we left our our stuff around the room nothing was touched noone had entered the room . Location is central walking distance from all attraction sites, we could see the pillar of shame from the window roughly 75 meters away good job Expedia.
