This large, fully remodeled, freshly furnished 4 bedroom/2 bath house is in Yuba City, CA. Yuba City is located in the heart of Sutter County, which is home to the world’s smallest mountain range: the Sutter Buttes. The Rock House was affectionately named by my nieces when they were little. It is centrally located to shops; dinning; county library; hospital; public pool; schools; a plethora of churches; and multiple parks. This rental has much to offer.

Location is very convenient to multiple amenities in the area. House was nicely laid out, easily accessible, and communication with the owner was always prompt.
