"My stay was incredible, staff were very helpful and never hesitant to answer my questions. The ryokan is very charming and it feels homey, especially coming down for breakfast in the morning! Would definitely stay here again, it’s close to the train station too. Thank you!"

"We had a nice short stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms could definitely be upgraded with some stains and holes in the wall, it was sufficient for what we needed in terms of size and location. Only real issues we had were working the air con system, the loud hoovering outside our door for a couple of hours and lack of luggage transfer. "

"If you’re really on a budget this place is nice, but you get what you pay for. There is no restroom or shower in your room and it’s small. This is okay, but it could have been more clean. The staff is friendly. "

"Everything was wonderful! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. We truly enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and loved the Friday Geisha show. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making our stay even more memorable."
"We enjoyed our stay, the Staff was very helping and welcoming, check in and check out are easy thanks to the machine. The room gives a 80, 90's vibe and everything is clean as new. "
"The staff are young and energetic. You can tell they enjoy working here with each other. Room and bathroom were clean and impressive. "Welcome drink", coffee machine and other amenities were appreciated.
Six laundry machines across three floors, drying cycle takes a lot longer for some clothes so bring plenty of coins because they cost money. TV shows you the laundry status remotely which is cool.
The area took some getting used to, but there are some wonderful places to eat and be entertained. Recommend restaurants on floor 4 below the hotel. "
"This is my second time booking with my stay in this hotel coz it’s so convenient to the stores I wanna go plus the train is just less than few minutes walk."
