Additionally, smoking seems to be allowed throughout the property, and there was a strong smell of tobacco in the room. It felt very personal and family-oriented, which we really appreciated. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel.
