"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. "Really enjoyed my overnight stay at this location. After a 2 week vacation my flight to the US departed from Tokyo and had no plans to travel far from the airport. I did book a massage in the Elle Spa which was terrific. With little energy I walked through the food court and managed to get a salad, something simple for the night. Found room to be comfortable. In the morning I hopped on the train which is easily accessible from the terminal for some last minutes shopping and got back before check out. I even managed to buy a few items from the shops adjacent to the hotel entry so that I could pack them in my suitcase. I did ask for a 30 minute extension on checkout time and there was a fee so I declined. Overall it was convenient, comfortable and let me call out the staff at check in and spa booking desk to be very helpful and friendly. At this hotel you check in via a kiosk. Very efficient. Staff is there to assist."

"This was my first time staying at the Valia Hotel in Tokyo. I also stayed at the one in Osaka during my travel to Japan (2026). It is conveniently located near a train station, bus station, a major shopping mall, and theater. The room size was what I am used to back in the States. The staff were very helpful in answering questions and providing information as requested. The space was beautiful. I had requested an allergens free room, but I don't think it was since I had a hard time sleeping in the room. But, it could just have been the carpet. The airpurifier provided did help a little, but it was still a struggle. If you don't have a need for allergens free space, this hotel is for you!"
