"Conveniently located next to the Hongik subway station which is a major plus point after a full day of shopping and sightseeing. Plenty of shopping and eateries all within walking distance. Overall a very accessible place to stay."
"Glad I found this place when my other hotel reservation fell through! I booked last minute and all of the reviews I read were right—it’s clean, quiet, and convenient to access in Seoul. One thing I didn’t necessarily know (but I probably could have found on the website) is that it is not luggage friendly or handicap accessible. That’s not any fault of the owners, but I FYI to others, I did have to drag several suitcases up three floors! "

"We have never been to hotel with such a high level of service ; every employee that we met no matter where it was whether in the elevator walking outside or just in the lobby, asked if he can help us with anything if we need any special services or just a quick hi. The stuff the executive lounge were also extremely friendly, helpful and pure joy to be around. I really think this hotel is something extraordinary."
"Staff was very helpful in assisting us on directions, where to get American breakfast and which restaurants are open late. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was ideally situated near the train exit."
"Staff was very accommodating for our big group of 11 arriving early. Great central location within the city. 7-11 and Starbucks nearby. Train station steps from the front door to easily explore Seoul."
"We used this hotel as a base for our stay in Seoul. We were made very welcome at check in by Lyn Woo and asked if there was anything they could do for us. Nice hotel in a good location with access to transport very easy. "
