"Location in middle of park is fantastic… easy access to all of Yellowstone’s trailheads and sights. The hotel restaurant however left a lot to be desired. Service was ridiculously slow, and most dishes were mid at best. Recommend eating at the lodge across the way."

"I gave everything 5 stars because if you are choosing to stay in nature then you shouldn't expect the Ritz. The property is beautiful and serene. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy, but keep in mind there is no air so be prepared to sleep with the windows open if you are prone to being hot. I would certainly stay there again for the convenience of being in the park."

"Older motel and our room was missing the small fridge and chest of drawers. However, we usually stay here when we go to Yellowstone because it is a reasonable price."

"The location is fantastic as it's maybe a 3 minute drive to the West Yellowstone entrance into Yellowstone National Park. Staff was very friendly. It was so nice, well kept, very clean and we will definitely stay here again! No complaints - wonderful stay!"

"We stayed in the newer portion of the hotel. We were in the second floor and unfortunately there was no elevator. Being older travelers we missed this convenience! Everything else was great!"
