Very nice location to downtown, walking distance. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Gym was at a sister hotel, nearby. Would stay there again and wished we had booked another night. Very close to Yosemite National Park.

The room is spacious and clean. The Tesla charging station and the Bear and Wolf museum are right across the street. This hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but there’s McDonald in the same block. We have a very good rest here.

The hotel was very nice, the common area was relaxing & comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. After a long day exploring Yellowstone, it was a good night's sleep. We didn't realize there was no longer a gym to use, but other than that we would stay there again.

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms, a high-quality kitchen, a nice eating area, a comfortable bathroom, and very comfortable beds. The WiFi worked well throughout our stay. The only minor challenge was finding a parking space, which could be a little difficult at times. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return in the future.

Great rooms, staff friendly, perfect location if you have Tesla car as super charger is right across the street . Kid enjoyed the pool. Parking was a bit challenge as the lot was completely dark in the night. They do have parking spots but some of which is reserved for the nearby properties. Would recommend for sure

The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The staff was amazing. She provided us with breakfast vouchers because when I booked the hotel they were providing breakfast but decided to do away with this. The restaurant we got to go to was also super nice and the staff were very accommodating. We had 6 adults and 4 children under 6 years old. They even helped us get joining rooms and gave the kids a little adventure pack.

We decided to stay in West Yellowstone due to the close proximity to the park entrance, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. We are very happy with our stay at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites. We choose the family suite with the kitchen, bedroom with 2 queen beds, pull out sofa bed, and large bathroom. This room had ample space for our family of 5. The kitchen was small but had all we needed to make breakfast, lunches, and a couple of dinners in the evening. The inn had completed its renovations and it looked stylish and clean. No issues. The staff were nice and helpful. I had wished for the morning breakfast but it appears that was suspended due to the updated renovations. No worries as we made breakfast in our suite kitchen. The Inn is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. A wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend.

My reviews are low for the overall hotel, due to very high amount of maintenance, construction and lack of parking. However we stayed in what seemed to me a newly renovated room on the third floor and it was lovely. It’s clear the hotel is renovating and once it’s done it will be really nice. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

We appreciated the low price next to Yellowstone National Park. There are many similar looking hotels in the area, not sure of prices though. We arrived very late and parking was difficult, not knowing where the boundary between properties was in the dark. All stalls and empty spaces were taken, so I had to make a brave decision. Front desk might have been having a bad day; we waited behind 2 other guests. Shower wasn’t completely clean, but was good enough. Room seemed clean and was comfortable. No breakfast. Overall, not bad. I wanted to save money, and I did save without sacrificing a decent room. I’d stay again if it was a budget choice.

May/June 4 2026. This property was fantastic and in a great location for the west. The only reason for lower rating in some areas was due to the hotel being remolded while we where there. It was hard to relax during the day because they were doing construction. It's highly likely by the time the busy season starts the construction will be finished. Great place, clean, and comfortable. Not a lot of handicap parking but we were able to manage.

We were actually bumped to an affiliated hotel - the Yellowstone Park Hotel (just a block away). However, this ended up being good news as the new hotel upgraded us to a very nice room (a cabin actually) so this was a win for us. The "Explorer" cabin was very nice and spacious. My only small complaint was that the on-screen TV guide only showed "No information available" for every station. By luck, I found out channel 56 did provide a guide with info. The TV was really large - I would guess 50". They provided fire pits at night (one for each 4-5 cabins) along with the makings for smores in the room. There was also a nice small kitchen. All in all... very nice!
